white lightening update!

so here is "white lightening" looking all pretty with some more items added to her....gosh i cant get over how pretty she is!

she has shiny new fenders and a really awesome light weight rack for my pannier! she also got brakes, and a super cool new crank set...all from velo orange! with all this new stuff she is still super lightweight...**a sigh of relief**

our bike fund has run dry so for the next month she will be as is..which really bums me out as i am soo anxious to ride her and see how she fits! she doesn't really need much just a front derailleur...brake cables and chain but that stuff adds up :(

  9. Hey! Thanks about the encouragement!
I'll try and explain the hair here, but I might just have to do a post on it too :)
I simply take a hair tie and tie the hair at the exact place I want the foundation of the bun to be. Then I grab the hair from the foundation point and loosely twist it around my fingers and place it up to the head. (I hope that makes sense). My best friend/hair stylist taught me how to really secure bobby pins in, and that is my biggest trick. Instead of sliding the pin straight into you hair, you take the end of the pin and get a small piece of hair in it, then twist it into the hair in the opposite direction.

It's long comment but I hope that helps!
