packages tied up with string...these are a few of my favorite things

yup...i love getting packages and who really doesn't! well i was the lucky winner over at so pauvre, who by the way is one of favorite blogs and i soooo wish we lived closer so we could hang out all the time...she is an absolute doll! my package arrived and so cute!


and then when i opened it..even cuter! the owl card now has a permanent place on my desk :D


and then oh my god, so cute! wish bones!! i think i will use one on my birthday!!!!


thanks alicia, i am sending you a huge huge bear hug!!!!



well not to long ago either, the sweetest lady at yesteryear revival was doing some spring cleaning and thought i would love this little owl...well she guessed right, i LOVE him and he makes the perfect addition to my owl room :D

    aack that little guy is so cute! i bought a little owl this weekend, and i thought "i must post a photo so cb can see it." not to make you jealous or anything, but he's pretty awesome. :P

    That packageis adorable inside and out! Didn't you win another competition a little while age? You seem to be a lucky lady! I haven't gotten any packages lately but sometimes my mum send me some small gifts, I love that! The other day I got one of those notes that I had a package at the post office that required a signature, I was so excited to see what it was because I hadn't oredered anything. Then it turned out to be a boring official letter that just needed my signature... boo! :)

    What a cute package! And I LOVE your owl collection! I've been a designing an owl tattoo. I really need to finish it!
    And despite how much I love poppies, I never thought of getting a poppy tattoo. Maybe that should be my next one!

    @ lisa: boo! i am sorry that the post office tricked you! those mean people! signature required packages should only be for fun things, like gifts!

    @Poppies&sunshine: you NEED to post your owl tattoo design! i think a bird and some poppies are my next!

    @amber: tell me when and where this party is and i am SOOO THERE!!!!!!! yes of course a butt rock party would not be complete without leather chaps!
