secret garden

 hello peps and welcome to another bike chick outfit! thank you for all your super sweet comments on our camping adventure :) we read just yesterday that the park is actually closing SEPTEMBER 5th so we will be going again in 2 weeks to say our good byes to one of the most beautiful camping sites **cry**
today is another work outfit. this wrap dress i scored at the swapaholics swap. someone had discarded it and i say the print and new i had to have it! is the perfect 80's floral motif and it is funny because the colors of the dress are colors that i keep seeing. usually i don't go for mints or peaches but i am really liking the color combination. i have been adding my mustard yellow cardigan and just LOVING the look so much.

i have a couple of wrap dresses and they can be a bit of an issue while riding because they love to flip up but thank goodness for my black spandex shorts :D
i am really loving riding kiki and getting to know her. she is a super sweet ride and she gets lots of attention which i know she loves; hope it doesn't go to her head. hehehe

    I love your dress! It (and you) are so pretty. I bought a mustard yellow cardigan once after searching forever. It was the day of my sister's wedding so I let her wear it during the reception when it was getting colder because her colors were yellow and grey. Anyway, then she kept it because she said anything worn on your wedding day is yours to keep. So not fair. I still haven't ever found another.

    Ugh, that sucks about your park! We have had a couple of places around here lose funding too, and it's so sad. You'd think out of all the crazy things they can find to spend money on, having beautiful, natural places for citizens to enjoy would be one of them! Hopefully it will reopen soon for more of your camping adventures :)

    I'm crazy about your wrap dress though- it looks so nice on you! (I always do the bike shorts thing too) ;)

    I love that dress, I wish I lived close enough to bike to work! And I think I am naming my bike Luna after luna lovegood haha

    that's so sad about the park closing, things like that should NOT happen! :( hope you get the chance to enjoy it as much as you can.

    @ camille: thanks sweetie! i got my at a local sports store. i don't remember what i paid for them but they are tennis shorts. i am sure a big 5 or something like that would have them i also have another pair from h&m that have a bit of lace on them that are cute but not the greatest quality but for $6 you really can't beat that! hehe

    Such a cute outfit and adorable bike. I wish it was easier to ride bikes around here :( I use to ride around at my old house all the time as a kid.

    Such a pretty frock! I have a cardy almost the same colour as the one you are wearing - when I bought it I was a little unsure of it but it goes surprizingly well with bright pink! ^^

    perfect outfit! I always wear my spandex shorts under skirts and dresses just in case :) haha. Better safe than sorry! Also, wow I love your bag...like.... a lot!
