a quiet day and not so silent night

hi everyone and hope you all had a fantastic weekend!!

friday tom and i had a quiet morning, running some errands and stopping by the thrift store, picked me up the cutest cosby sweater which you will see in a bike outfit when it gets a wee bit cooler over here and we did some much needed closet organizing. it was desperately needed. we have only one closet in the entire house, so we end up stuffing a lot in there and it was starting to look like the apocalypse in there, so it was about time.
we cleaned up and then headed over to the stadium for an a's game. it was fireworks night and the last one of the season and i really wanted to go. we always arrive a bit early to tailgate and listen to the post game pre-show. apparently it was star wars night so their were lots of light savers and star war masks floating around the stadium.
storm troopers were marching around the stadium, princess leia was the broadcaster and the white elephant was dresses as ob wan kenobi. i guess we missed darth vader throwing the first pitch, which made me a bit sad :(

the a's lost but it was a fun game despite that but once the fireworks started, we all forgot about the loss. they were the best fireworks i have EVER seen, the a's really know how to bring it. it was nice and long, usually i feel fireworks just don't last long enough for me and they had a lot of the fireworks that look like pixie dust, those are my favorite! it was really a beautiful night and we had a blast, hehe.
