how about a trade?

oh happiest of fridays everyone!

recently i traded buttons with rachele from the nearsighted owl and for the month of febuary she is doing portraits of the ladies who are sponsoring her blog! isn't it so cute? check out her shop and get your own portrait!

it got me thinking, trading is such a wonderful thing. both parties win from it and who doesn't love a little free marketing. if anyone wants to trade buttons give me a shout out and we can do a little swap and if you have anything you want to promote like a discount in your shop of a fun project you are working on, let me know and i will make sure i do a monthly shout out!


hope everyone has a great weekend. tom and i are headed up north to spend some time with kelly-anne and boz who are having a joint birthday celebration! good times will be had a long with a trip to our favorite thrift shop!

    I LOVE Rachele's portrait of you. It's amazing how she has this simple-looking style that manages still to capture people's individuality. I'm sponsoring her this month so looking forward to my portrait too!

    I am loving button swapping with you. Please let me know if there's anything you'd like me to feature on my blog! As for me, I've started including some new items in my shop & would be more than happy to set up a coupon code especially for your readers :)

    really nice portrait! and yes we have a woodburner in our camper :) But it is a camper with a difference, being an ex military truck with 10 wheels and is 6 wheel drive....we like to do things differently! :)X
