happy little things #12
our weekend was really nice. we hung out with kelly anne and the nuggets. it is one of my favorite things, just chilling and acting goofy with them. we played in the bath, got our portraits done, and swam at the pool and even made a cute little friend named payten, who was the sweetest little thing ever (she is the one with the beautiful blond curly hair and full jump suit)! i just love my little clemie-buns and how cute she looks in her swimming suit, i could cuddle her forever <3

ReplyDeleteHappy times! I'm envious of your weather - it's turned a bit rubbish here. I think hanging out in the sunny garden/paddling pool with my husband and little boy are some of my favourite family times ever. But it gets better still if my brother's family and my mum are with us! I adore my nephew and niece - being an auntie is awesome! xx

DeleteLooks like you guys had a blast! I love going to the pool with my kid! She will be 5 this October, and she can finally touch the shallow end!! (': bittersweet! Another favorite of ours is going to get shaved ice after spending lots of time at the park and pool. I'm so glad you guys had fun, the kids are so precious. (:

DeleteThat looks like an incredible day. I'm an aunt too and must say the times spent with my little loves is the best. They always seem to help everyone calm down and focus on the "now" just a little bit more.

ReplyDeleteI love that sort of fun family time. I am not an aunt yet, but I have cousins who are 12 and I love being able to teach them things, like how to sew or ride a motorcycle. It's fun helping them realize that they are capable of doing anything and everything.
I know i love my face in that picture too!

My little niece is has been here this past week and I've taught her all kinds of ways to make annoying noises and I let her eat some cake, even though she's not supposed to have sweets. She just said my name for the first time yesterday and I about died. Nieces and nephews (I'm assuming on nephews) are THE BEST!! Yours are adorable!

It's such precious time with family, our nieces, goddaughters & cousins' children all grew up waaaay too fast, the youngest is now 13, and the oldest is 25! Eek! Seems like yesterday they were tots playing with my shetland pony xox
