the weather here has been pretty awesome but as soon as my weekend comes around it turns cold, what gives weather god? work with me here! hehe
i am a huge fan of pleats. not so much on pants but on skirts and dresses, yes pleaDse! it may stem from my many years in uniform at school but i just love them and i think i could use more in my life.
 details:
jacket: thrifted
black top: target
skirt: f21
shoes:thrifted
necklace: gifted by kelly-anne
can we talk about this amazing bush i am standing in front of? it is pretty amazing, right? i mean the colors are so brilliant! i have been wanting to take pictures of it before it started to fade and so glad i finally did. i just loving seeing such a huge pop of color. aaah i love color so much.

  3. Gorgeous! I love the way your lipstick picks up the orange-red in your skirt. And I also adore those cute thrifted shoes! Super envious of the sunshine :) I think the flowers are called Bourgainvillea or something? I love them - they make me think of holidays (vacations) because they grow a lot in Southern Europe in "holiday places" (for us in the UK) like Greece, Spain and Italy.

  4. You look gorgeous darling! Head to toe perfection. I wish it would get cold here! I'm dying for some cold weather. I think a trip to the "high country" is going to be in store for us soon.

We have those beautiful pink flowers all over around here. I love them. I like when all the pretty petals dry and they blow around in the wind... very whimsical...

  9. I love this! I dream of thrifting shoes like that one day and I have a pleats crush right now too- although I agree, not on the pants :) What a great gift that necklace was. I love bougainvillea, they are one of the only flowers that can live up to the summer heat in PHX and I love the pop of color, especially here in the brown desert... Cute pics!

  13. love the cute outfit (& your bike necklace); I adore bougainvillea in all it's colours, it always looks amazing & this one is stunning! I WISH we had the climate to grow it over in the UK, they claim to have created a hardier version, but it never lasts sadly. I relish seeing them when I'm in hot countries :) - & like you usually have my photo taken by them :) xox
