folklore cabin: a review

happy wednesday! today i have an awesome shop to talk about... folklore cabin! folklore cabin is run by the very wonderful and talented allie from sleepy northwest. her shop is filled with amazing crocheted accessories from headbands to gloves all in yummy colors!

i was super excited when allie contacted me about doing a review. she made me the crocheted crown in honey brown and the instant i got it i fell in love. first off, her packaging is amazing. i didn't take a picture of it but you can see it here. she reuses brown bags and sews them to the size that it needs to be. talk about a great way to repurpose something! plus brown paper packages are always the best! well when her package arrived i was so excited. look how awesome it is! i mean the awesome thing about buying from a small business is that all the packages are just super amazing.

it looks like so much time and care went into it and it makes you feel like you bought a present. i loved the postcard and hung it above my desk and the card the headband came on is now a book mark. i love extra goodies, don' you?

the crown was the exact color it was in the photo and the quality was perfect. i really can't wait to wear it more. plus it looks great with my peek-a-boo high lights!! can't beat that!
