well ladies & gents, i have officially one week left at my current job!!!!! i have given them my notice and this bird is finally free!!well not exactly i did get another job but a much happier better one. i will be working with 2 other artists who are truly inspiring and so wonderful! i can't wait to start working for them! so as i transition to my new job things might change around here but that isn't concrete...i don't know my schedule yet but either way i am ready for this change. a while back the mister and i were going to open up our own bike shop...well that didn't go as planned...a lot of stress & soo much money and the landlord at the space we were going to lease from was pushing us to get into the space too soon and we just weren't ready..plus we aren't ready to call this town we currently live in our home....needless to say we are putting that dream on the back burner until we are fully ready...so since then i have been looking for a job and then this new place popped up and it was perfect!peace industry designs their own felt rugs and they also sell art too, which means i can sell my work there too, yay!the other great side of this new job is i can concentrate on citybirds more which makes me the happiest clam ever and i am able to ride my bike to work too because i will not be taking bart during rush hour any more, DOUBLE HOORAY!

we have BIG plans this weekend and when i mean BIG plans i mean the mister and i will be going on a 62 MILE ride on gilbert!!! man oh man will my poor little bum be sore! i can't wait to share the experience with you all!
