  1. Oh no, I didn't know people didn't know your name and there I go posting it on my blog! Sorry! =P
And uhhh...the wiccan thing...me too. Round about the same age as well!
I also learnt to surf but it was a long drive to the beach from my home town and never could keep it up. Where I live while I'm at uni though, is a coastal city and they have a surf society. I really should join next year!

  3. thanks cb :)
and..i third the wiccan thing. i think it was the movie The Craft that really set it off for me. i loved that movie and would watch it over and over.
so you were with your mister for 8 years before you married?! I'm in that same boat over here...what finally convinced you two to tie the knot? I've been with my boyfriend so long that now I just think it would probably be the same..married or not.

  4. i think it was the craft movie too! i LOVED that movie...plus my friends sisters were into the wiccan thing. we were actually engaged for 7 years and went to college and wanted to wait until it was over and done with before we got married...we weren't going to get married for a while and then we thought about just having a commitment ceremony but we wanted to be able to have the same legal rights as married people do so we just decided to do it...it was a nice celebration because we were done with college and we were now in the real world together <#

  7. thanks for sharing about your engagement and marriage :) it's awesome that you two were engaged so long. my by and i aren't engaged but we've thought about the commitment ceremony thing. who knows what will happen...maybe one of these days we'll want to feel like grown ups and actually tie the knot ;) it is a bummer to not have the same legal rights as married couples though. we've been living together for over 5 years now..

  8. Me too with the witch thing - although for me it was watching "Bewitched" as a child, then rekindled with The Craft (still fab), Charmed and the likes. I STILL want to do magic! I think there's a little witch in all of us (in the good way) :)
