so guess what!?! the sfetsy show i'm in is up! yay! it is very exciting knowing that my work is on display for all to see. i am just so grateful for the experience and the exposure. i worked so hard on pumping out some paintings and when i went to drop of my chicky paintings along with some more flowers, the art director said the walls were filled up and she couldn't take any more. #bummer. luckily, my chickies won't be hanging but displayed on furniture so she took all the ones i made for them. yay!
to say i wasn't said would be false. i was. but now i have a few pieces that i can put up in my shop and people who visit the gallery can look my little shop up and see more of my work online. i need to work on being happy with whatever situation i am given rather then look at what could have been. it isn't healthy and i know this and trying hard to fix it.
this is my latest peice and not to tot my own horn but so far it is my favorite! i just love it. i have one more that i need to finish and then i will be done and will start up a new tattoo design for a lovely lady.
tom has taken all my pieces and scattered them throughout the house. it is his subtle way of saying, "these are not leaving the house, they are mine". he is so cute and it makes me feel so awesome that he loves them too but i can make more for us, no problem.
after my last piece is done i will add them to my shop. i have taken pictures of the daffodils & the morning glories and this last piece as well. the pictures turned out really nice. i will do a post about it when all is said and done!
