its been a while.....

...since i last crafted. wow, actually, i really cant remeber when i did last craft or what it even was, it has been that long. i miss it so much but there hasnt been much time for it. uh, like sewing, oh man, do i miss sewing. i have been dreaming of making some skirts. someday soon i will sew and that day will be sweet. i have been getting the itch to make so while visting kelly-anne a few weekends ago i stopped at michaels and got some stud earrings and we were gonna make earrings and stuff out of femo (oh, by the way you should all check out her etsy shop, she has the cutest hair clips, EVER!) well, we never got around to crafting so when i got home i went and bought some femo.
i knew exactly what i wanted to make. i forgot how much playing with clay is. i bought more clay then i needed so i have a bunch more. i have a few more ideas which i am gonna try out. these are gonna make great gifts, i cant wait!!!
this is how they turned out. i have been wanting some kitty earrings soo badly but havent seen any. these were super fun to make and they came out exactly as i had imagined. i am going to make an eye ball, a bunny and a fox. what else should i try or what other color kitties should i make?

  4. Oh I adore these - crafting is so good for the soul, right? (And cute on your ears too!)

I've been longing to get my Fimo out of the cupboard- might have to give some of these a try myself! I just want to make cheesy xmassy things like holly and gold stars (inspired by Tatty Devine at the moment - they always make cheesy seem cute).

P.S. I did the google image search of Enigma 0_0 when I got home from work last night- crazy! :) Have a good weekend!

  8. I know exactly what you mean about not having crafted or sewed a lot lately - for the last year I feel like I haven't done as much as I usually do. I think I've been feeling distracted/overwhelmed a lot this year, and it really zaps my creativity. I've done a few really small projects lately, and it's amazing how happy it makes me and how much I enjoy it. I need to get back to it! I LOVE your adorable little clay creations!! The skulls are so cute and I can't wait to see the little foxes! I bet some little owls would be cute, too! Just followed you in Instagram - I'm "mandyistiny" :)

  11. they're all so cute! I'm pleased you finally found your crafting time sweetie. I've been using fimo recently too, though nothing I make ever quite turns out how I want it - I think I need more practice :D, you could always make cute buttons (for customising your cardigans etc) too?? xox

  12. These are fricking awesome! I love the kitty cats. I saw the eyeballs on your instagram... and I LOVE them!

Is it possible to turn those into a charm for a necklace, too? I think it would be cute to have a little cat or skull charm on a necklace.

You should make some of your little chicks that you paint! That would be cute, too!
