packages!

last week i was surprised by not one but two packages! the first one was from a giveaway that i had won from a bird out of water's blog and i was the lucky recipient of a cute little birdie, some awesome mustard yellow button earrings (i had been wanting a pair of stud mustard yellow earrings!!) some cute felt birdies, a cute slide notebook and an owl pin (which is now on my favorite blue coat!) thanks sweetie for the awesome treasures! your little baby birdie has a permanent place right on my desk and every time i look at him he makes me smile! thanks for having an awesome blog and if you haven't visited a bird out of water i suggest you do so ;D

the 2nd package was an utter surprise and the sweetest most thoughtful package i have ever received! it was from the most awesomest lady over at lavender biscuit! we have become very good buddies and i just adore her so much! she knows how much i love koalas and sent me a postcard of them in their most infamous pose..sleeping! and a awesome illustration of the addams family! both of which are now hanging on my fridge! she also included one of her amazing lavender sachets which smells incredible and is so well made! sachets are typically meant to be stored in clothing drawers and that is where this little heart shaped guy will be going! and every time i open my drawer i will be reminded of my wonderful friend! thanks sweetie! check out her fantastic blog!
