hello ladies oh and gents too! today is bike chick wednesday and bike chick outfit post at that!
so as most of you know i ride my bike everyday to bart. most of the time i throw on a pair of jeans and a sweater and pack my work clothes in my commuter bag and change at work but other times i wear my work outfit for my commute...this is one of those rare and special moments ;D
the dress is from forever 21..adorning yet another magenta & teal paisley pattern...now that i think about it i actually have a lot of paisley prints in my closet, who would have thought! a purple sweater which i think you can't see...and this super awesome black velvet blazer i found at the thrift store for like $3!!! i usually stay away from blazers as i feel when wearing them that i should be in harvard square drinking a latte and studying for an exam (not that there is anything wrong with going to harvard, drinking a latte and studying for exam just not my style if you know what i mean) this one has a great fit and i adore the collar! lastly and definitely my favorite are my polka dotted tights! now as a bike rider many of my clothes get ruined from time to time and these little tights are no exception! i knew that would be the case so i think i went a little crazy and bought 5 pairs!! well at $5 you really can't go wrong!
tights are another bike friendly dress/skirt wearing must! perfect for those short dresses and when my black volleyball shorts are dirty...perfect for riding during the fall, winter and spring seasons! thank goodness for tights!
