purple haze

man oh man oh man! i am in a purple haze and my heart is still beating to prince songs <3<3<3 words can not really describe how amazing the concert was...prince is truly an amazing performer and i could have literally been there all night till the sun came up listening to him...i just love his music!

no cameras were allowed and neither one of us have a fancy phone so i brought my tiny little ipod...i really suck at being a camera women...no attention span for it at all..plus i really couldn't do 4 things at once...sign,dance, watch and video.. so here is a super short...and i mean SUPER short video of the stage :D

isn't the stage just so amazing!!!!!! i was actually pretty surprised how well my little ipod recorded the music...go apple! he played a bunch of my favorites...kiss, lets go crazy, little red corvette, sign of the times, housequake and purple rain which was by far the best...the stage was a light purple and prince looked so angelic near the end purple confetti was fired...it was pretty spectacular!
also the raddest drummer sheila e was there being a total bad-ass...she is truly so amazing...i think i have a girl crush on her!

i'm a purple hippie!!

soo ladies and gents...no bike post today BECAUSE.........WE ARE GOING TO GO SEE PRINCE TONIGHT!!!!!! oh my god i just can't tell you how amazing it is going to be...yes he may be the size of a rice kernel but it will be the closest i will ever be to seeing him! the both of us have been on cloud 9 since i bought the tickets on friday....it happened so fast! a co worker of mine came up to me on thursday and announced that PRINCE  was playing on monday and wednesday of next week and on friday at 12:00pm SHARP i awaited the confirmation from live nation that YES YOU WILL BE IN THE SAME ROOM AS PRINCE and there you have it people...tickets in hand!!

i have my purple outfit ready and i have purple makeup too which i haven't used in years! i just hope we can bring a camera in so that i can snap a few...if not my ipod has a camera and can record video...sshhh that will be our little secret :D

i can't wait to share with you the awesomeness that is PRINCE!!! we have been dreaming of this day for years and finally it has come true!!

i have been listening to PRINCE nonstop to get myself pumped...not that i need much help as i am bursting with the seams just writing about it!!

there are so many songs i just can't wait to hear...what is your favorite PRINCE song?
