yesterday the mister and i took a walk around our neighborhood! yay for us and sticking to one of my
4 simple goals! it was soo much fun...we didn't take many pictures as it was a first time and it was just so exciting just to be walking around on such a lovely evening! first we walked through meek park which is literally a hop skip and jump away from our house...i wish we took more picture of this but does anyone know what berry grows on trees?? we were completely baffled by this one tree in the park with, what looked like blackberries growing on it and couldn't think of one berry tree...
we spent the entire time pointing and getting really excited about all the cute houses that we never noticed while driving or riding by. there were so many that we loved and some with amazing gardens, some with whimsical forest like front yards and some with awesome cactus jungles...next time i will be sure to capture them so we can all be on the same page...oh and my advice to you is wear comfortable shoes...i was not prepared and i now have huge blisters from my sandals :(
near the end of our lovely stroll on the sidewalk was a box of unwanted treasures and inside i found this amazing woven leather purse!!!!!!!! i was so excited to find this and in great condition too and best of all it was free!!! we are definitely taking more walks :D
